About Steven Kneussle
Steven Kneussle is a true patriot and servant to our community. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Steven gave six years of honorable service to our country doing his part to secure our freedom and liberty. As a volunteer firefighter/EMT, Steven responded to the call for help with other brave and dedicated citizens to preserve life and property. An advocate for equality, justice and liberty, Steven has defended our unalienable rights by serving as State Coordinator for the Liberty Coalition, State Leader for the United Civil Rights Councils of America and Tuscaloosa County President of the Alabama Family Rights Association. It was only a matter of time before the challenge of political office would call on him to serve us once again.
Steven Kneussle’s political philosophy is deeply rooted in principles of the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and in the writings of our nation’s founders. State sovereignty, individual rights, self-governance, community involvement and moral principles of God’s law are fundamental elements needed to restore our Republic and to improve our quality of life.
Steven is currently employed as a commercial airline pilot for a U.S. Airways Express carrier, providing airline service for cities such as Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery and Mobile. Steven became a resident of Tuscaloosa County in 1989 and has resided in Bear Creek Trailer Park for the last two years. He attended Tuscaloosa Academy and Northside High School. During this time, Steven was inducted into the National Honor Society, Forerunners (a division of Leadership Tuscaloosa), and received numerous awards for his performance in academics, art, literature, and sports.
Steven received his higher education from Shelton State Community College, Alabama State Fire College, U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion School, Chaminade University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Delta Connection Academy, and Regional Airline Academy.
Steven’s greatest honor is being a father to his two precious little girls Desirae Kneussle age 5, who attends Vance Elementary, and Sadie Kneussle age 3.
